Therap Services Adds Secure Document Signing To Care Plan Module

Therap Services has integrated its Secure Document Signing module into its Care Plan module, allowing organizations to manage care plan approvals within the same platform rather than through external signing applications.

The Care Plan module is used by agencies providing long-term and home- and community-based services to document support plans and related services. The integrated signing function allows organizations to collect and manage signatures within the platform.

The signing workflow includes configurable signer sequences, signature status tracking, and audit trail functionality for edited or updated documents. Once signatures are completed, users can generate a finalized PDF document.
