Three Oaks Hospice Selects Hospice Pharmacy Solutions To Provide Pharmacy Benefit Management Services

Hospice Pharmacy Solutions (HPS) announced that Three Oaks Hospice chose HPS to provide pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services. Three Oaks Hospice will participate in the HPS Tru360 PBM program.

HPS exclusively supports the hospice Industry by providing community-based, hospice pharmacy, and PBM services. HPS provides pharmacy benefits to more than 500 hospice provider organizations and 24,000 hospice consumers per day.
