UMass Amherst Expands Student Behavioral Health Access With ProtoCall+
ProtoCall Services announced that The University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass Amherst) expanded its contract with ProtoCall to adopt the full suite of products and services that comprise ProtoCall+. UMass Amherst has contracted with ProtoCall Services since 2009 for call center services to provide crisis intervention support for its 32,000 students. ProtoCall+ is an integrated platform combining digital behavioral health services with ProtoCall's clinical call center. Following a stepped care approach, ProtoCall+ leverages and expands upon already existing on-campus UMass resources.
