Unite Us, which provides services to support matching consumers to health and social care, launched an artificial intelligence (AI)- driven data infrastructure. The solution uses AI to continuously manage, update, and validate Unite Us’ nationwide repository of community-based provider organizations. It is anticipated to raise listing accuracy rates for program eligibility and capacity. The solution is also intended to support an interoperable and connected repository of health, government, and social service providers while focusing on enhancing client care and driving scalable community impact.
