USDA Announces $1.15 Billion Available To Help People Living In Rural Communities Access High-Speed Internet
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will begin accepting applications on November 24, 2021, for up to $1.15 billion in loans and grants to expand the availability of broadband internet in rural areas. USDA is making the funding available through the ReConnect Program.
The ReConnect Program application process has been simplified, and the USDA has expanded the program significantly.
