Vancouver Clinic and Humana, Inc., have teamed up to launch Enliven by Vancouver Clinic (Enliven) to provide value-based consumer-focused primary care in Gresham, Oregon. A part of Humana’s expanding Medicare Advantage plan network, Enliven accepts all Humana Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization (HMO) and preferred provider organization (PPO) plans offered in Oregon.
