Vertava Health Acquires Integrated Addiction Care Associates In Tennessee

Vertava Health, a national behavioral health care system for mental health and addiction disorder treatment, acquired Memphis-based Integrated Addiction Care Associates (IAC), which provides outpatient behavioral health services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition increases Vertava Health’s presence in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. It further strengthens Vertava Health’s integrated full continuum of care with the expansion of medication assisted treatments (MAT), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and primary care services in the outpatient setting.
