The Visiting Nurse Association Health Group has received a $2.5 million grant from the Parker Foundation Inc.—for the second consecutive year. VNA Health Group is one of the largest independent, non-profit provider organizations of home-based health services in New Jersey and Ohio. The Holmdel, New Jersey-based organization reaches more than 5,000 consumers and provides over 36,000 in-home primary care visits annually.
