WebMD Health Corp. To Acquire coliquio, Health Information & Education Platform For German-Speaking Health Care Professionals

WebMD Health Corp., an Internet Brands Company, announced an agreement to acquire coliquio, a Germany-based information and education platform for health care professionals. The acquisition will combine the core competencies of coliquio, a leading digital medical information company for German-speaking physicians with that of Medscape, WebMD's subsidiary and flagship brand for health care professionals. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
