WindRose Health Investors Recapitalizes Caregiver Inc.

On July 28, 2020, WindRose Health Investors, LLC announced it had completed the recapitalization of Caregiver, Inc., which provides intermediate, home, and residential care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Caregiver intends to use the funding to strengthen core competencies and business models while seeking future growth opportunities to enter new markets and expand its market share in existing markets.
