LifeSkills Inc., a behavioral health provider organization based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, offers mental health, addictions, crisis, and intellectual and developmental disability services. LifeSkills was founded in 1966 and provides care to an 18-county territory comprising metropolitan and rural areas. It is a private, non-profit corporation that contracts with the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental & Intellectual Disabilities & the Department of Medicaid Services for about 80% of its funding. The remainder of LifeSkills’ revenue is generated through third-party payers, industrial and other contracts, grants, and local support.

Their 26 locations are staffed with 900 employees . . .
