Most organizations are thinking about adding new service lines – for all sorts of reasons. Ending the dependence on a single payer is a big one. Increasing revenue by expanding services to current customers is another. And taking advantage of a new market or a new service delivery opportunity, or staying ahead of the demographics of the community are others.
