Spectrum Health and Human Services started in 1973 as a behavioral health services provider organization in largely rural communities in Western New York. Today, they serve 14,000 consumers with 400 employees at 14 locations in seven counties. They provide outpatient mental health and addiction treatment services at all locations. They also have 330 supported housing units and run community reentry programs for the incarcerated.
