Before Strategic Planning Comes Strategic Vision
Leadership has a lot of responsibilities, but one that usually takes center stage is the ability to see what lies ahead in the market, which future developments are likely, and how those developments can be addressed and adapted for in the strategic planning process. We call this strategic vision – the ability to see where the organization needs to be in the future. And it’s important because if you don’t know where you are going, you’ll never manage to get to where you need to be.
