Telehealth Legislation Everywhere

Last week, I was at the 2013 Spring Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Conference at Arizona State University. One of many lively topics of discussion (and of frustration) was telehealth. The comments I heard most – "I would like to do telehealth but can't figure out how to pay for it" or "Our organization has a grant to provide telehealth, but can't find any other payer." The issue is that few payers pay for telehealth and, for those who do, it is hard to figure out the billing.
