The Tech-Enabled Caregiver Redux

"Tech-enabled caregiver" is a phrase I first used in 2011(see The Era of The Tech-Enabled Caregiver all members) to address what I think is the advent of "singularity" in caregiving in the U.S. If you haven't heard of Ray Kurzweil's concept (his book The Singularity Is Near), "singularity" is the point at which artificial intelligence surpasses human intelligence. In the context of health and human service market, I view it as the point where a tech-enabled caregiver is "better" than a caregiver sans technology.
