For-profit health services mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are down in 2025. So far this year, there have been 445 announced transactions through May 15, 2025—down 7% versus 2024. And the disclosed value of those deals was $64 billion (down 8% versus 2024 but still 2% above 2023), according to a new report,;US Deals 2025 Midyear Outlook: Health Services.
