A legacy of the pandemic on health and human services is the change in home-based services. The pandemic's lockdown forced a large proportion of services to be delivered at home using digital health platforms. This appears to have permanently changed the model for home-based services—now a new hybrid of on-site, virtual, and remote monitoring services.
