Fewer Appointments = Less Revenue & Less Cash
Health and human service provider organizations across the country are reporting a drop in revenue. For my friends who are not in the field, they find that hard to believe. What they see in news reports every day is stressed health care workers and staff shortages in response to the pandemic. But revenues in the field are generally 'earned' by providing services—and many services are not happening.
