From Millennials To Un-Retirees
The workforce issue is top of mind for most managers of any organization in the U.S, but particularly for managers of health and human service organizations. First, they have access to fewer workers, as the workforce participation rate dropped from 63.4% in February 2020 to 60.2% in April 2020, an unprecedented drop over two months. The return has been slow as well—61.9% in December 2021.
