Making High-Performing Culture Happen
A few weeks ago, I wrote about the need for executive teams to build a culture to keep “high performers” in their organizations—the executives who can do strategy, develop the “next big thing,” make decisions quickly, and nimbly change course (see Got A Culture To Keep Stellar Performers?).
