In the same reform initiative, the state will move its current behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services carve-out plan to a comprehensive managed care plan in July 2022. The resurgence of the COVID Delta variant has certainly created new challenges for the country and for our families. Fortunately, the available COVID vaccinations have been very successful in preventing symptomatic infections and illness.
