Teamwork—Simple But Hard

Teamwork is simple to describe and hard to accomplish.

That statement introduced Relias Chief Executive Officer Jim Triandiflou’s session, Why Non-Profits Should Run Culture Like A Project, during The 2019 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat. He presented a useful “cookbook” (and I mean that in a good way, as a cookbook collector) for adopting management actions that improve teamwork and enhance corporate culture.
