The Corrections Solution
Last month, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved seven states for demonstrations that will allow them to provide Medicaid-covered services to Medicaid-eligible inmates before release to the community (see below for a state-by-state summary). Illinois, Kentucky, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Vermont are those seven states.
