Catholic Health Care Services opened the Souderton Adult Day Care Center, which is for any adult who has an illness or disability for which they need supervision or assistance with daily living, including from a stroke, Parkinson’s, dementia, arthritis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis or brain injuries. The center officially opened for seniors on May 11, 2015. It is licensed to serve up to 32 people a day, but is expecting to have about 27. Services provided on-site include physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy and beauty shop and barber services. There will also be inter-generational interaction and visits . . .
