Ireland-based St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) recently launched the country’s first ever electronic health record (EHR) system for mental health. The move ends a 270 year tradition for SPMHS of utilizing paper records.

The hospital anticipates that the technological advancement will allow it to deliver better health services to its visitors.
