January 2, 2006 Long Term Care Group, Inc., Completes Acquisition of Nation's CareLink Long Term Care Group, Inc., (LTCG) announced it had completed that acquisition of Nation's CareLink (NCL) on December 16, 2005. Both companies serve the long-term care insurance market.
