January 21, 2002 Sacramento, California Awards EAP Contract to MHN The City of Sacramento, Department of Administrative Services, Risk Management Division, has awarded a contract to MHN to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for city employees. The contract term is five years and will serve 5,835 employees.
