The number one concern about health care among consumers is affordability. 72% of retail consumers (defined as those under the age of 65 who are uninsured, have individual coverage, or small group employer-based coverage) reported that affordability was their number one concern, while 16% reported quality was their number one concern, and 9% reported access as a concern.
