January 22, 2007 Job Corps to Update Focus on Education The Job Corps plans to prepare its graduates with literacy and communication skills in addition to technical work skills. In 2007, the Job Corps will seek to prepare graduates so that 20% will continue their education after graduating from Job Corps. In 2006, nine percent of graduates sought further education.
