Home Care by Black Stone Acquires Caring Hearts Home Health Care

On December 15, 2011, Home Care by Black Stone announced it had acquired Caring Hearts Home Health Care in Ohio. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition gives Home Care by Black Stone a presence in two new Ohio counties—Darke and Preble—in addition to the 12 counties where it had existing operations. Caring Heart administrative headquarters will be merged with Black Stone’s headquarters; both are located in Kenwood, Ohio.
