January 28, 2002 Ohio Seeks Contractor for its Managed Behavioral Care Program Ohio is seeking to continue its managed mental health/substance abuse (MHSA) program for state employees. This program coordinates with its employee assistance program (EAP). United Behavioral Health (UBH) is the current provider of these services for the statewide program, which was effective July 1, 1995.
