Rural Montana Hospital Sues Nextgen Over Slow EMR Implementation Pace, Lack Of Compliance With Federal Meaningful Use Functions On December 18, 2013, Mountainview Medical Center in White Sulphur Springs, Montana sued NextGen Healthcare Information Systems because NextGen failed to install a certified electronic health record (EHR) system on time and because the system did not comply with federal Meaningful Use standards for 2014.
