February 12, 2007 Indianas Medicaid Providers Able to Rely on Telemedicine Reimbursements In 2006, the State of Indiana has arranged a reimbursement structure for physicians who provide Medicaid patient services through telemedicine. Providers more than 50 miles from a patient treatment site can receive reimbursement for certain exams and consultations provided in real time via videoconferencing technology.
