Virginia Names Stewart State Inspector General for Mental Health
February 16, 2004 Virginia Names Stewart State Inspector General for Mental Health Henrico County's director of mental health and retardation, James W. Stewart III, was named on January 19, 2004, by Governor Mark Warner to become the state's Inspector General for mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services. Mr. Stewart assumed his new duties on February 1, 2004. Mr. Stewart will succeed Anita Smith Everett and serve a four-year term.
