Suzie Lassiter, Director of Ellisville State School, to Retire

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Industry Newsmakers On January 19, 2008, Ellisville State School in Mississippi announced that Suzie Lassiter, Ph.D., will retire as the school’s director on April 30, 2009. Dr. Lassiter will be replaced by Renée Brett, who has been with Ellisville State School since 1979. As assistant director of the school, Ms. Brett has been involved in the planning, directing, and supervising of community based services, as well as serving as the administrator in charge in the absence of the facility director.
