Twitter Comments Reflect Consumer Insurance Questions & Complaints
Between October and December 2013, comments about health care reform posted on Twitter, a social media platform, reflect change in consumer sentiment and general concerns about "Obamacare." Compared to October and November, in December, comments about health care reform were more positive and focused on questions about health insurance and customer service complaints. In October and November, comments about health care reform were more negative, and focused on the functionality of the HealthCare.gov and state-based health insurance marketplace websites.
