Keystone Human Services Adds Impact Systems, Inc. to Its Family of Non-Profits
OPEN MINDS On-Line News On February 1, 2008, Keystone Human Services (KHS) announced it had acquired Impact Systems, Inc., a privately owned Pennsylvania based for-profit agency that serves individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and autism. Impact Systems, Inc., joined KHS as a wholly-owned subsidiary on January 31, 2008, for an undisclosed price. Impact Systems will continue to operate under its own name and is scheduled to be converted from a for-profit private entity to a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
