North Carolina Medicaid Saves $849 Million Between 2007 & 2010 By Enrolling Beneficiaries in Medical Homes

Between 2007 and 2010, the North Carolina Medicaid program has saved $894 million by enrolling beneficiaries in medical homes. The analysis compared expenditures for beneficiaries enrolled in medical homes to what they would have been if the beneficiaries received traditional medical care.
