California Telemedicine Pilot Project to Serve as Proof-of-Concept for Scalable, Cost-Efficient Telemedicine
OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News Molina Healthcare in collaboration with two San Diego community health centers and the State of California entered a public/private partnership with Cisco Systems to launch a 15-site telemedicine pilot program with all sites expected to be fully operational by June 15, 2010. The pilot will serve as a proof-of-concept for Cisco and its partners to demonstrate the value of a scalable, cost-efficient telemedicine network.
