Amedisys Acquires Two Home Health Agencies in Arizona
OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Disability Support On February 3, 2009, Amedisys, Inc. announced that it has purchased Arizona Home Rehabilitation and Health Care and Yuma Home Care, both located in Yuma, Arizona. The agencies had a combined revenue of approximately $4.8 million for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2008, but are not expected to add materially to AmedisysÂ’ earnings in 2009.
