Oregon Child Welfare Services Failed to Meet 11 of 14 ACF Quality Measures

OPEN MINDS On-Line News The Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) child welfare system failed to meet 11 of 14 U.S. Administration for Children and Families (ACF) quality measures in a September 2007 review of services.
