February 28, 2005 Cornell Companies Names James Hyman as Chairman of the Board On February 14, 2005, Cornell Companies, Inc. named James E. Hyman as chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hyman replaces former chairman, Harry J. Phillips, who continues to remain on the board. Currently, Mr. Hyman also resides as the chief executive officer of Cornell.
