Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe Adopts Digital Pen Device to Ease Juvenile Court Paperwork Burden
On February 15, 2011, Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc., the lead agency for child welfare in Miami, Florida, and the Keys announced it had adopted the use of a “digital pen” device to reduce the paperwork burden related to juvenile court documents, which account for nearly half of all required paperwork in the foster care system.
