March 3, 2003 Psychiatric Solutions Buys Six Brown Schools Facilities Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (PSI) announced on February 13, 2003, that it will purchase six psychiatric facilities from The Brown Schools, Inc. for $63 million, more than doubling its number of beds from 701 to 1,491.
