Kaiser Permanente's Return to Work Program Showing Significant Results
Since its inception in October 1997, Kaiser Permanentes Behavioral Health Departments Return to Work program has had over 500 referrals, of which 421 have participated in some degree. Of these, 362 people have successfully completed the program, which averages eight sessions, with 74.3% resuming their position with their current employer. Kaiser has also discovered that people participating in the Return to Work Program resume work routines more quickly than those who are given time off work and see an individual therapist . . .
