March 6, 2006 Only 13% of Medicare Part D Enrollments Represent Previously Uninsured People with Medicare  Of the 24 million enrolled Medicare Part D subscribers reported by the Federal government, only 13%, 3.2 million, previously had no prescription plan coverage.
