OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Mental Health & Chemical Dependency Services On February 11, 2010, the Arkansas Department of Human Services Division of Medical Services selected ValueOptions as the prospective winner of two of mental health contracts. ValueOptions will be responsible for reviewing inpatient services for individuals under the age of 21 and for administering outpatient mental health services. The contracts cover approximately 75,000 Medicaid-eligible individuals. The requests for proposals (RFP) were both released November 16, 2009.
