Prison Health Services Wins Three-Year Contract With Michigan Department of Corrections

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Social Services On February 10, 2009, Prison Health Services, Inc., announced an agreement with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) for an initial three-year contract to provide prisoner health care services to the approximately 49,000 prisoners in MDOCÂ’s care. The contract services will start April 1, 2009, and the contract is valued at $325.6 million for the three-year term.
