March 24, 2003 Prestera Center Is In Process of Cleaning Up Shawnee Hills Patients Files Prestera Center was hired by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources to clean up the files left behind in disarray by Shawnee Hills Behavioral Health after a bitter bankruptcy. The contract is six months and went into effect January 1, 2003.
